Start your Sunday morning with positive vibes and come to Sunday Balance – the yoga class that gives you the perfect start to the day. With a blend of meditation, flowing Ashtanga-based practice, and somatic movement, you can focus entirely on your well-being. The practice is gentle and allows you space to clear your head and find your personal balance. Take time to move, relax, and focus - your very own me-time.
Sunday Balance is suitable for all levels – from beginners to experienced yogis.

(The course can only be booked as a whole. Participants in the trial sessions receive a discount of 5 euros. The dates are: October 12, October 19, October 26, November 9, November 16, November 23, November 30, December 7, December 14, and December 21.)

In my Mee(h)r in Balance Yoga class, we combine Ashtanga Yoga and Somatic Movement into a holistic practice that brings body and mind into harmony.
This course is open to all levels—from beginners to experienced yogis. You are welcome to unfold on your own path to inner balance.
